Some are intimidated by the verbage "BOOTCAMP" Don't be! This is not the Military, it's just a name borrowed from them. We cater to all levels of conditioning, and make individual adjustments!

Q. I've never done a Bootcamp before, is it too tough for me?

 

A. Not at all, even though each class is different, we make modifications to make sure everyone is safe and also getting a good workout yet pushing each individual a bit to their limit. That's how we see results!

Q. What do I need to bring?

 

A. You can bring a small towel - we do get sweaty! Also a water bottle or hydrating drink of some kind.  

Q. I'm nervous of joining a Bootcamp where I don't know anyone, can I bring a friend?

 

A. Please don't be nervous, we welcome all  here! A community of people that become friends and accountable to eachother, we encourage that. If you like to keep to yourself, that's fine also but the leadership will always remain in contact to make sure you're ok.

To answer the second half, of course you can bring a friend! Rememberthe FIRST CLASS is always FREE for anyone. The HOTBODZ BOOTCAMP is for both men and women of all fitness levels.

Q. Do I get weighed?

 

A. Absolutely. Upon joining HOTBODZ BOOTCAMP  you will receive a full Fitness Assesment, weight, measurements and a Nutritional Analysis. We use that to compare your monthy progress to make sure you reach your Fitness goals!

Q. What is your "Referral Program"?

A. The HOTBODZ BOOTCAMP  Referral Program is simple. When  Member refers someone who becomes another paying member - you receive a $10 discount. You can do that until your Dues disappear! Then what? WE pay YOU $10 for each subsequent paying member you refer .... how COOL is that??!  :D
